Love Like the Falling Rain

"IMDB rates this a 4.7/10 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ I saw someone on here who enjoys watching movies #based_on_books give it a “👍🏾,” so I watched… This #Indonesian #romance flick is definitely NOT 🎶 a hunk, a hunk of burning love🔥 🎶 But It reminded me of two other old & popular hit SONGS: ▪️The first is a song from 1999 by Sarah McLachlan with lyrics that say, “Your #LOVE is sweeter than ICE CREAM … ❤️🎶 (because these people eat a HECK of a lot of #icecream in this movie!!!🍦 (Do they ever eat REAL food?!??) ▪️It also reminded me of an old 1980s J. Geils Band song entitled #LoveStinks: “You love her; But she loves him; And he loves somebody else; You just can't win...”🎶 ▪️Okay, well, that’s KINDA the premise of this movie, but NOT REALLY (sorry!😬)…. ▪️ This film was perfectly fine, imo… but it was maybe a tad too #polite, #clean & #innocent with VERY MINIMAL HEAT🌶️🥵 and that’s perfectly okay, but it was also a bit too #melodramatic for my taste.
