"Listening to all of Whitney Houston’s #music here in this #biopic was like a trip down memory lane for me, HOWEVER considering all of her achievements (#RIP 😢), I was hoping for something a bit more compelling & stellar✨
TRIVIA: In 2023, Rolling Stone ranked her 2nd on their list of The 200 Greatest Singers of All Time (Aretha Franklin was ranked No. 1): https://www.rollingstone.com/music/music-lists/best-singers-all-time-1234642307/"

"The really good documentary, but they skipped a lot of part of her life and they made Bobby seem like he was the victim"

"This movie felt more like a history lesson. Being born in 1999, this movie showed me how little I knew about Whitney Houston; I just remember my family’s disbelief when she passed. However, as much as I like Naomi Ackie, I feel like there’s a better option for Whitney Houson; some of the lip syncing was off and just simply didn’t mesh well. "
"Enjoyable, it took me down memory lane. I was singing the songs too. What a voice! It’s so sad the way this story ended…the way her life ended. I remember the first time I heard her voice. I remember that first album. All the songs were hits…that is unheard of nowadays. Most of today’s albums have 1 or 2 great songs. The Greatest Love of All was everybody’s talent show song. She had an amazing gift and I am sad that the pressures of life got to her"
