"It was pretty good. Just get through the first 30 mins bc it does get better in my opinion. Weird sound as someone else has stated. Pretty great graphics. The main actor wasn't doing the best acting but he got easier to stomach over time. Great story. Had so much potential but definitely worth the watch if you can get through the first 30 minutes. Also had some cheesy scenes. But still watchable. Also this is currently on hulu (dec 2022) "
"I liked it, but there was something about the sound that seemed off, like when you're listening to a dub of a foreign show. I'm not sure if it's the sound in general, or if it was the actors' delivery. I didn't really care for the dollar store John Williams soundtrack during the scenes when the characters were children, either. Other than that, I like the backwards storytelling format, and I'm a sucker for a cool creature."
"12/5: this one was fun and I was entertained by it, which is what a movies goal is, right? The first thing I noticed was that it seemed like the budget for this movie was put more into the FX than the acting, so it was a little funny, but still enjoyable. I will say this, the first 12 min or so were very confusing and I couldn’t tell WTF was going on, but it did start to pick up and the pace got better.
I would recommend to watch it at least once. However, if you don’t enjoy bad acting like me, then you may want to skip it. But, if you like a good sci-fi or at least the idea they had, then this will be fun for you too."
"I only clicked i liked it so i could add a comment. this movie was incredibly boring, i didnt really care about the characters at all, it didnt get into time travel until almost an HOUR into the movie. It wasnt even like it was keeping your interest until then, either, it was a total snoozefest. "
