"Let me start off with the things I did like about this blind film watch. It is beautifully shot and really makes you not want to step foot in a Australian desert that’s for sure. Something about the camera filter they used just makes everything look extra dirty grungy and extremely hot. The story it’s self is pretty basic but what made me annoyed was guessing the ending before the movie even got started. SPOILER ALERT when they found the gold and dude had to go grab the machine to pull it out. I said to myself he isnt coming back and he is going to wait him out so he can keep it all for himself and what do you know. I really don’t understand how you put your life in a man’s hand that you only met 48 hours ago. But I do love me a survival thriller and Zac Efron did a fair job performance wise. I just felt it could have been a better film if they put more thought into the conclusion because that was too predictable but for someone else that can’t see the obvious might enjoy this much more."
