"Very difficult at times but very essential and timely. Audrey Diwan doesn't hold back with showing how painful it is to live with an unwanted pregnancy, both psychologically and physically. This is best expressed in Anamaria Vartolomei's performance, who continuously grows more desperate as we see Anna's own need for the abortion only growing more and more as time passes, and Diwan directs every moment with a hyperrealized aesthetic, which only alleviates that feeling from first frame to last. Sadly it feels like circumstances of the present have made this movie feel so timely, but here's to hoping that things can change within the near future. Surprised absolutely nobody on this app is talking about this film because it’s very relevant to today."

"What an incredible movie.oh my god I'm just speechless and it's so much more powerful when you realise that it's actually based on a true story of Annie Ernaux life(winner of literature noble prize).this is very important movie.(consider that this movie is so graphic and it shows everything with extra details it's part of the reason I loved it so much but check out the warnings before watching it)"
