"One of the most unique books I’ve ever read. Interesting perspective on family, the human experience, education and achievement of teenagers, and most of all unconditional love. It can feel a little disjointed at times, but I think that is to convey the feeling of artificial intelligence learning about humanity. Beautifully written. "
"I cried because I finished last night… this book is a must read!"

"I have so many feelings about this. Some people feel that reading through a robots point of view was cold. But frankly I think Klara is the only character in the novel who is emphatic. The writing was superb and I tore through the novel.
On the downside I was frankly confused by the last half of it. After a deep dive on reddit at 1am when I finished the novel it appears others are as well. It's unclear if the author wants you to draw your own conclusions or if it was just lazy writing."
