"At first I was mildly amused by the storyline and characters but as time went on, I became increasingly annoyed with the horrible writing and vapid characters. Beanie Feldstein was the only one who had somewhat of a stand out performance as Sukie. I have no idea why accomplished actors like Pedro Pascal and Matt Damon would involve themselves with such an unworthy project. I ended up hating this movie and couldn't wait for it to be over. 2/10"
"This is Ethan Coen’s directorial debut without the help of his brother. Co-written with his wife, this weird, silly and at times kinda boring comedy is about two young women who are on a road trip accidentally with a case that belongs to the mob. Very raunchy. Odd, trippy interludes for no real reason. I only really finished it was because of my love for Geraldine Viswanathan. "
"The original title (Drive-Away Dykes) tells you all you need to know about the movie because there's not much more to it than that. Misleading trailer and mis-marketed. I like both the leads but they had weird chemistry together and nothing really fit together well. It's basically just another raunchy sex comedy full of d*ck jokes, but for lesbians. "
"Not for me. Why do they try to lure us in with sex scenes right off the bat? It’s a turn off for me. I don’t want to watch characters that I don’t even know yet or care about yet having sex immediately into a show or movie. At least let the audience understand the basic plot or at least establish a character profile first. "
