"This movie started out well but then started to meander. The Director must have wanted to make two different types of movies, but only had enough time for one. One plot was about a Caesar Augustus as a boy and a magical sword, another was a plot about Rome falling. The film simply make little sense. Then, there was a bland romance between two actors that had 0% chemistry. I really wanted to like this fantasy film with all the great actors, but I just couldn't. Sorry."
