"Easily one of the best movies I’ve seen this year. Told in the similarly effective way of the awesome animated series Primal, this Canadian sci-fi indie has tons of heart. It’s chock full of eco friendly symbolism and is set in a post apocalyptic universe 1,000 years into the future. It’s not really an action movie but when there is, it is violent and bloody. Great MC reminiscent of the one in the also super cool Prey. Remember the name of Kirsten Carthew, the writer/director. I can’t wait to see what’s next for her. "
