In the late 21st century, a subculture of humans have emerged who have been modified genetically by a vampire-like disease, giving them enhanced speed, incredible stamina and acute intelligence. As they are set apart from "normal" and "healthy" humans, the world is pushed to the brink of worldwide civil war aimed at the destruction of the "diseased" population. In the middle of this crossed-fire is - an infected woman - Ultraviolet, who finds herself protecting a nine-year-old boy who has been marked for death by the human government as he is believed to be a threat to humans.

"Hear me out…actual I’m not sure if I can justify my love for this movie..I guess I live for the over the top everything and everyone! I love the fashion in this movie Especially. I love the stupid Melodramatic story with crazy almost weird action, I remember seeing this for the first time as a little girl and I was just I awh of everything I was seeing..maybe I Nostalgia goggle on but I live for the cheese my dudes."
"This movie is the cinematic version of painting flames on something to make it go faster: it’s there to look cool and does absolutely nothing else. The main character’s motivation and likability changes, like, 6 times in 40 minutes, and the movie literally just exists to show off interchangeable fight scenes that show our main character being invincible and boring. Watch Blade, watch Underworld, watch anything else than this 100 minutes of overproduced visual noise. "

"The graphics are really cheap, like it was done on an old Macintosh, but it’s fun if you’re into that. It had some moments where the music and action was goofy, a lot like Shark Boy and Lava Girl. Story-wise, not that engaging imo, but if you’re looking for something that has “2000s Disney Channel Original Movie Vibes (feat. Swear Words)”, this is for you"
