How I Met Your Mother

"This was a show I watched ALL the time as a kid. That being said, I don't think it aged well at all, it's really hard for me to watch now and it's not very memorable. Maybe I've just become a little jaded, so I'll still recommend it. "

"It’s just one of those things I guess..this show makes me..angry?? I find it to be annoying and it was to drawn out so the show got less and less watchable as it went on. Some of the episodes I found somewhat enjoyable but for the most bad god it’s bad! Also the ending??? Like all that build up for that..I feel bad for people who but their time and care into this show just to be pushed and pulled like that."

"It's the one sitcom I've always loved. Whether I was in high school or now, it's my favorite. I watched every episode at least 3 times since I've watched the entire show 3 times through. It can be a bit on the mature side sometimes but it's funny and even younger me enjoyed the multitude of jokes. Barney is beyond my favorite. He just gets better and better through the series. I used to hate him and now he is and always will be my favorite of the main characters. (Victoria is my favorite side character) I really enjoy how they feel real throughout. Like I can see that group of friends being real and having those conversations. We don't need to talk about that ending that threw away everything the entire show led up to just to keep the original idea of the creator. Don't get me wrong, I understand having a motivation and ultimate goal for a show, but if you ignore what the show has led up to throughout so many seasons and see that characters have grown into something new you won't make a good ending. Yes if you look at it in an stepped back / overall standpoint you can see that ending happening. However, when you watch the show the ending just isn't that satisfying. It feels forced. At least in the moment. This isn't to say the final season is bad, just those final episodes. I highly recommend it. There's just so much fun and such great jokes you'll laugh at least once. Plus the long standing jokes are by far the best part. Ted you root for until you're not supposed to. (You'll just also hate his obsession with Robin) Still fun and I often rewatch it."

"My favorite sitcom of all time. Enjoyed it when I was 8 years old and still enjoy it to this day. The kind of show that has you quoting characters for years. Amazing writing that made me feel comforted watching, but kept me entertained and has one of a kind moments. No show has taught me so much about life and no show made me so happy doing it."

"Spoiler!!! I think the seasons slowly get worse and then the last season was awesome! BUT then the mom dies and that’s just dumb. Barney and Robin should be together too "
