"Some funny lines but not a comedy. A commentary on motherhood. Made me think about the book, “The Mothers” by Brit Bennett which I recently read. The story centers around various women. We see one who is trapped in an unhappy marriage and longs to run away w/her female lover but is captured & literally forced to carry the baby to term. Then, Natasha is a single woman who is insensitive to her pregnant friend and new mother friend on ladies night because their lives revolve around their babies/pregnancy. When a baby literally falls into Natasha’s arms she has to step into motherhood. She revisits her childhood home, her mom & her sister who longs to adopt. It is scary in that it kept me on the edge of my seat because I didn’t know what was going to happen to the adorable baby that portrays “The Baby” in the series & why so many strange occurrences seemed to happen around him. He also never seems to age…I thought it was well done if a bit unsettling rather than truly horror. It comes to a conclusion but leaves room for a possible season 2. I thought it was a perfect Halloween watch! "
