"Now That I'm older I appreciate this series that came on everything 😊 Thanksgiving. I recorded for my daughter to watch when she's older. Excellent transition between decades. They don't show these things on TV anymore. That's why the younger generations are so surprised and confused about racism. They don't know anything. "
"A classic and incredibly important! Brilliantly written, acted, and directed!"

"Rather surprised this has such few comments. "Kunte Kente!" Probably spelled that wrong... Hey. This was school viewing, in a small town with two black people and one other native besides myself. I'm the school. We were probably the only minorites in class. Oh, Emily and Maria. They were from Korea. Unrelated but both adopted from Korea. Maria's family was poor but Emily's family owned several local businesses. So Maria might still be struggling like myself but Emily will be okay."
