"beautiful cinematography, practically every shot is stunning. i fell in love with how flawed and raw the main characters are, very authentic and real. they aren’t cookie cutter, cotton candy characters. they have actual issues they need to overcome in order to see what’s right in front of them. one of the best dramas i’ve seen. "
"One of the most beautiful and character complex BL's (maybe even romance) to date. Both have their own insecurities when it comes to life and their own relationship. You FEEL for these characters, even when they're at their worst selves. I didn't expect Kiyoi to be so babygirl, and I LIVE for Hira playing the obsessed and poorly disguised fan of his boyfriend. "

"While this show was cute towards the end and into the second season, it rubbed me the wrong way a bit. A bully and stalker who have little to no character growth until the very end just felt.. off to me. While I understand both the characters were growing up and experiencing new things, it was very uncomfortable to watch when they were being toxic to each other. Especially after they got together and the show just brushed over some pretty bad things that they did. The ending did serve the show well, though. I loved how it ended, but the characters were quite frustrating for most of it. The actors did a fantastic job portraying them, though, and the cinematography was gorgeous! Though I didn’t enjoy how the characters were toxic for a lot of the show, it was cool to see some raw and flawed characters. I just wish the character growth was a little less rushed."
