" ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️1/4 I liked this a lot however it took a couple of episodes to get into. The cast (or characters?) started out a bit annoying but once it settles they find their rhythm and end up having great chemistry. The writing got better and better as it went along too. Particularly enjoyed the generational stuff with the writer’s room. What I thought was going to be a cringey boomer/millennial take turned into something both hilarious and endearing. I think this got cancelled already which is ironic given the meta Hulu plotline. I don’t know if the audience was there or not but I think they would’ve found it with more chances to let them shine. "Fun and fresh! Shame they won’t be getting a season 2"

"Incredibly this show was cancelled by Hulu and not picked up by anyone else. There will be no season 2. Seems crazy to me as it was a great show. And it’s hard to believe that no other streamer picked this up. After all, season 1 had Hulu front and center, so a season 2 storyline that pokes fun at Hulu for dropping it kind of writes itself. Odd and painful decision"
"Found this one doing a hulu dive..looked a bit sitcom-y at first glance but is kinda dark and the laughs are x-rated! Mostly I love seeing boomer and millenial writers in a writers room trying to interact to try and create a reboot of a fictional popular 90's show. It's just the right amout of foul mouthed levity I need right now. Im still working on it now. Paul Reiser, Judy Greer and Keegan Michael Key are comedy gold! Rachel Bloomn is handling her own with these vets too! Her sarcasm and snark is on my level!"
"Well written and delightful. Judy Greer and Keegan Michael Key have great chemistry and there really isnt a weak link in the cast. There is so much meta commentary, but if you're not a nerd about sitcom writing, you can still enjoy it as a silly and at times heartwarming sitcom about friendship and what it means to be successful. "A very interesting show. It manages to tell a story within a story very clearly, has a great cast, and is hilarious."
