"So far so good. I'm sensing some sort of "Children of the Corn" type thing brewing here. Very creepy with an extra layer of weird so far in this ongoing british tv series on acorn tv. "

"#horrorfest what can i say i love the brits , the cinematography here is excellent, very scenic rolling hills etc. The actors are skilled…but this is just 1960s Village Of The Damned remixed. There was a TRUE Village Of The Damned called Point-Saint-Esprit in France. In the 1950s the town was hit by a sudden outbreak of hallucinations. For yrs it was blamed on ergot poisoning (moldy rye). Turns out it was the CIA experimenting on unwitting citizens by dosing them w/ LSD. Nobody found out about it till the 1990s. Frank Olson of the CIA, who jumped to his death after being dosed, led research on the town & the experiments. 3/5 "
