"The list of bad action cartoons is pretty short, so it speaks volumes that this manages to make the list. The Looney Toons might be broad enough to be splashed into a lot of directions—Space Jam & Duck Dodgers certainly can attest—but what you’re ultimately left with is a comedy that takes itself too seriously & an action show that doesn’t take itself seriously enough. If this show couldn’t get traction even at the time, there’s even less reason to check it out now. It’s a novelty at best. "
