The show's got it all: fancy homes, feisty agents (Broadway girl, I'm looking at you!), and Ryan's signature charm. Watching Ryan grow up before our eyes is a gem. But let's be real, the real MVP is Mrs. Brooklyn, Tricia - she's the ultimate scene-stealer! Ryan, give her more screen time and homes in Manhattan, stat! Overall, it's a wild ride of real estate drama, and I'm here for it - 4 stars!"
