In response to the worsening crime rate, Japan creates Tokyo Butei High, an elite academy where "Butei" or armed detectives hone their deadly skills in hopes of becoming mercenary-like agents of justice. One particular Butei is Kinji Tooyama, an anti-social and curt sophomore dropout who was once a student of the combat-centric Assault Division. Kinji now lives a life of leisure studying logistics in order to cover up his powerful but embarrassing special ability. However, his peaceful days soon come to an end when he becomes the target of the infamous "Butei Killer," and runs into an emotional hurricane and outspoken prodigy of the highest rank, Aria Holmes Kanzaki, who saves Kinji's life and demands that he become her partner after seeing what he is truly capable of.

"Can easily tell that the whole premise of the show was the dream of a middle school boy. Interesting ties to other media. Overall very tame for what they were insinuating at times. But at the end of the day, not my kind of show. "

"Opening: Well my next anime ranking. It’s a good show with great elements. Summary: THE FIRST SEASON centers around the main character, Kinji, an E rank Butei. Buteis have basically the same rights as cops to arrest people and bear arms, but they work internationally and usually are far more skilled. But like every show this main character has something special about him. He has a special power called Hysteria mode, a power that basically makes him have heightened everything. The drawback is that it can only be activated through sexual arousal. The power also allows him to seduce women very easily, but he can’t harm them, only “play with them. No violence. He does remember everything while in this mode, which embarrass him. He wants to quit being a butei, but one day a strange girl, Aria, saves him from an exploding bik. She did this because she is looking for a partner good enough for her, thinking she found it in kinji, because Hysteria mode was activated, she kept on persisting he become her partner, but for now she “made him her slave”. Review: Main character was great, super awesome ability. Aria was interesting, she was strong but lonely and I didn’t really get the whole I don’t know much about here with her. It just didn’t work well. Shirayuki was good, needed more screen time though, but her few episodes were good. I liked Riko, she was a well executed character, but I did wonder if she actually liked Kinji or if it was just to see him squirm. That’s it, but also I wouldn’t consider this a harem anime, more romance then harem. Rating/Random: I’ll warn you the first season and second season vary drastically, I only watched the first episode of the 2nd season because it was so bad AND there was almost no Kinji. The rating for the FIRST SEASON is ⚡️72/100⚡️ and the SECOND SEASON is ⚡️1/100⚡️ hated what I saw."
