"I really enjoyed what is essentially a live action anime! I love how the show is self-aware, yet is still able to balance the static tonal shifts throughout the 11 episodes. Its charm is super undeniable and has a colorful cast of characters. The cinematography is clunky at times, but it works for a show like this. The writers also do a really good job with world building, and you can't help but be enamored by the charm of Ikebukuro West Gate Park. My only problem is that there are a few plot holes that do not get resolved, and the main plot is stretched so thin that it's almost absent, but it wraps up in the finale in a satisfying way. This show is one of the most unique shows I've seen so far in my lifetime. If you're into the "Yakuza/Like a Dragon" video game series or anime period, this show is definitely for you! "
