Battleground is a mockumentary comedy-drama television series created by J. D. Walsh streamed on Hulu. The show follows a group of political campaign staffers working to elect a dark horse candidate to the U.S. Senate in the battleground state of Wisconsin. Walsh serves as executive producer alongside Hagai Shaham and Marc Webb.

"I can’t believe this show was only one season. I think it was a really good show. Very much like The Office and Parks & Rec. which are my absolute favorite sitcoms of all times. Love the mockumentary concept which lended itself perfectly to this campaign office setting. They did a good job portraying the insane hustle and bustle of a political campaign staff. The story lines for the characters were personal as well as job related. The comedy is underplayed but still so funny. The drama is heart felt. Highly recommend this one. Wish there had been more seasons. "
