"Didn’t find this documentary to be very interesting. I feel terrible for the people who lived quietly in their small community which was overrun by these people. Completely stomped them out. Their sick games to “win” is so petty. I don’t understand how ALLLLLLL these thousands of people gave their whole life to this man? He said maybe 100 words the whole documentary. Why? Nothing better to do? Bored? There was a lot of unanswered questions I had.. 6/10 ⭐️"
"A controversial cult leader builds a utopian community in the Oregon wilderness, attracting a devoted following and sparking controversy that eventually leads to a violent confrontation. I was pretty underwhelmed by this documentary. It just didn't grab me. The whole thing felt like a snooze fest, with too much repetition and not enough substance. The Bhagwan's story is certainly unusual, but it didn't feel like it was being told in a particularly compelling way. Maybe I was just expecting something more, but it didn't leave a lasting impression on me."
