"If you can get past the GCI character interpretations then it’s perfectly serviceable but I prefer the art style of the early run of the manga. Could be counted as a death game since it’s underground MMA and it actually has an interesting premise behind all the matches with fighters representing corporations and the winner getting deals in their favor. There are other really cool character beats like the protagonist being a meek salaryman that gave up on his past aspirations only to have his fire reinvigorated by the fighter that represents his corporation. Not bad can’t go wrong. "
