"This was an intriguing, and many times bizarre and even brutal series based on the mythos of the founding of the Roman empire . This series pursues the events of Rome's founding as if Romulus and Remus were real people. The acting from the entire cast is excellent. The action and suspense is so intense and sometimes furious. Each episode puts you in a surreal world with incredible storytelling. There is a great deal of emphasis on the gods and goddesses that each tribal people worshipped, that play into the storyline: Mars, Vesta, Sancus, and others. There are only two seasons of this series because the story concludes in two seasons. (Warning ⚠️ there are a few episodes with male and female frontal nudity.)
