"Being dairy free, it is hard to find well written dairy free cookbooks. Not only is this cookbook dairy free, but it's also gluten free, and refined sugar free. It is also well written, if Rachel Conners makes any other books (cookbooks or other) I will consider buying that as well! (this is coming from someone who does not read books often.) If you're not sure about buying this book, ask yourself "do I bake frequently?" She recommends buying in bulk from Costco or Amazon. (Page 21) "
