"I was pleasantly surprised by this one! It was pretty slow to get into, but after the halfway mark, I found myself not wanting to put it down! The book felt a little confused at first teetering between juvenile fiction and YA. With how the book progressed in style and substance, I'm actually excited for the next one!"
