"very quick read, finished it in one sitting, very real and raw, replicates the mindset of an insecure person very well, kinda of cathartic after struggling with eating issues. although i would not suggest reading it unless you feel very far removed from eating disorders, if you’re still in the tick of dealing with EDs or dealing with a loved one is in the thick of it, avoid this book.
