"The description is rather misleading. It doesn’t take place over the course of one night but rather a few months, with flash-forwards every so often to the night in question. In my opinion, I don’t think it was gripping enough or had enough of a twist to be a good detective story either. Not a bad book overall just not what I was hoping for/expecting."
