"Social Creature was a very enjoyable read! I finished this book within 24 hours, and was hooked the whole time.

This book is labeled as a thriller on the back, but I really consider it to be more of a suspenseful drama. I think you will enjoy this book much more if you don't go into it expecting a thriller.

Tara Isabella Burton's writing is so gorgeous, and I would love to read more from her. I was captivated by her story and characters.

Social Creature is one of the books that I like to call Grown-Up Gossip Girl style - I recommend this one if you enjoyed books like The Last Mrs. Parrish, The Favorite Sister, Best Friends Forever, or The Wife Between Us."
"This was a stressful doozy. Content warning: sexual violence, drug and alcohol use, toxic friendships, disordered eating, discussions of weight"
