"This was pretty decent. Some of the scenes felt like too much teasing, but over all, I liked it and thought it was pretty steamy and well written. The narration was well done, it flowed well between the two characters. I wasn't so sure about the characters at first, sometimes the single mom stuff gets to me, but this didn't feel like Jaye was sorry for the way her life turned out and was looking for a pity party. She was a very strong character. Likewise, so was Alex. At first I thought he might come off as shallow but soon realized it he was just very cautious and turned into a lovable character."
"Stroke Of Midnight Is Holy freaking Hot, K. Webster delivers a scorching twist on a classic tale and leaves you wanting more.

Ash, Cinderelliot, is one fiery girl. Winston, A kinky, not so prince charming. Let's not forget about the evil stepmother; instead of evil stepsisters, she has three Evil stepbrothers, and her father is on the sidelines.

When Winston confronts Ash fit not doing a food jib cleaning his offer, he is not prepared for Ash, her beauty, and how she reacts to him.

She’s barely said three sentences to me, and my dick aches to play with her

I arch a brow in disbelief. “You know who I am.” “An asshole. Yep. Learned that five minutes ago.”

He offers her a new position she can't refuse, but she does give him a fight. The witty banter between the two is very amusing, and the sexual chemistry is off the charts. Winston didn’t expect to be so smitten and have her push his limits. I was blown away with the perfect level of steam with an exciting story. We are left with a cliffhanger at the end, and I have so many questions. There are a few characters I didn’t trust, and I am dying to see how they play out. I can’t wait to see what is next for Ash and Winston.

I received an arc in exchange for my honest review."
