"This book was truly life changing for me. I learned so much about the way my body works that no school or class had ever even tried to teach me. My period and symptoms that I experience throughout the month have completely changed for the better since reading this book and following the WomanCode protocol. My complaints are that this book is VERY heteronormative. Lesbians or trans women or women that don't want to have children could still learn a lot about their hormones, but they'll have to deal with all the talk about 'your man'. HIGHLY RECOMMEND as a tool to learn how to give your endocrine system what it needs."
