"This movie was a bit aimless imo but I did appreciat how it depicted the way the military and police there treats visitors as well as Palestinians in general because it confirms what I’ve heard others that have visited the region said they’ve experienced when they’ve visited Palestine. From reading the plot it seemed like an interesting movie but the way it played out was not what I was expecting after reading it. "
"It's not great but it's not bad, there were really great parts but at the same time there were moments where I felt lost and wondered why certain scenes were there. Conversely there were some scenes that I felt like could have been longer and more paned out. I liked the little dynamic the trio had, especially the main protagonist with the guy but wished they could have given us more moments with them. If this movie had a more clear vision it would have been pretty good.
Although I did appreciate the cinematography and the overall aesthetic of the movie, I can't describe it but it's something you don't really see in modern movies nowadays."
