"This movie had nothing to do with punk rock music. It's about a bunch of degenerate homeless kids on one street corner in LA. Not a good representation of the music scene, or the majority of its fans in the time period."

"The Decline films (specifically the first and third) were a great introduction to some good punk bands, many being still classic favorites of mine today - like Naked Aggression and Litmus Green (and, of course, the films give spotlight to early Black Flag and other infamous bands). Highly recommend watching if you're at all a lover of punk music, or if you just want a gritty, homemade-looking shot film on the scene! It's pretty interesting, I think!"
