An International Bestseller!Named a Best Romance of 2023 byEntertainment Weekly · Amazon · Goodreads · BookPageA romance novel-obsessed social media influencer revisits her exes on her hunt for true love in this romantic comedy from the author of Set On You. Romance book connoisseur Tara Chen has had her heart broken ten times by ten different men—all of whom dumped her because of her “stage-five clinger” tendencies. Nevertheless, Tara is determined to find The One. The only problem? Classic meet-cutes are dead, thanks to modern dating apps. So Tara decides to revisit her exes in hopes of securing her very own trope-worthy second-chance romance. Boston firefighter Trevor Metcalfe will be the first to rush into a burning building but the last to rush into a relationship. Love just isn’t his thing. When his new roommate Tara enlists him to help her reconnect with her exes, he reluctantly agrees. But Tara’s journey is leading him to discover his own new chapter. The more time they spend together, the more Tara realizes Trevor seems to be the only one who appreciates her authentic, dramatic self. To claim their happily ever after, can Tara and Trevor read between the lines of their growing connection?

"4.5⭐
This was such a cute, funny book! Very fast paced! The FMC is so lovable and relatable! Trevor is so sweet, I adore him! Strangers to friends to lovers, roommates, forced proximity, slow burn! This book has plenty of fluff and a little bit of spice! It's the perfect book to help you get into the Valentine's Day spirit! 10/10 would recommend!"
"I enjoyed this book 3.5/5. Its definitely a slow burn and the main character is a romance reader so it recognizes it’s own tropes which I like. Also liked the development of the friendship through out. I liked this one a little more than Set on You. It’s very fluffy and a quick easy read. 1-1.5/5 spice level. "
"I loved the first book in this influencers series (Set On You) and I did enjoy this one… just not as much. I love that Tara is a bookstagramer, but it really didn’t show much throughout the story. There’s mention of books everywhere, excerpts from live stories, and tropes mentioned but I don’t really get her love or joy from books. Her entire ex-list falls really flat for me. Some great moments of humor with past stories but it left me not liking Tara as a character. Trevor is also a great character but I feel like him being labeled as unemotional and the player just is an excuse for him to have poor communication and not open up. I liked the book much more as Trevor’s story got told. Overall, this book is really well written and has some funny moments. It’s worth reading, but Tara is very different from Crystal and I just didn’t connect with her. 4⭐️, 2🌶"

"I LOVE THIS BOOK. It was soooo cute and lovable. Pretty quick read that left me very satisfied. Definitely will be picking it up in a few months to reread. Mostly fluffy and a 1.5/5 on the spicy but honestly any more wouldn’t have matched the character’s personality. I usually read more spicy books but this was so refreshing. So fluffy and adorable. "
