Ahsoka Tano a quitté l'Ordre Jedi.

"I came into this book with high hopes. I've always been a fan of Ahsoka Tano, and I was eager to explore her journey beyond the animated series. Johnston clearly has a deep understanding of the character, and she effectively captures Ahsoka's voice and her growing disillusionment with the Jedi Order.
The early chapters were particularly strong. We see Ahsoka grappling with her identity, questioning the rigid doctrines of the Jedi, and struggling to find her place in a galaxy that is rapidly changing. Her interactions with other characters, particularly the Fulcrum network, were intriguing, and I enjoyed the glimpses into the burgeoning rebellion against the Empire.
However, the book started to lose steam for me in the middle. The pacing felt a bit uneven, with some sections dragging while others rushed through important plot points. The romance subplot, while not necessarily bad, felt a bit underdeveloped and somewhat forced. I found myself skimming through some of these sections, eager to get back to the more engaging parts of the story.
Despite these shortcomings, Ahsoka offers some valuable insights into the character and her journey. It explores the complexities of the Force, the dangers of blind faith, and the importance of finding one's own path. The book also provides a glimpse into the early days of the Rebellion, offering a different perspective on the events that led to the rise of the Empire.
Overall:
This book is a decent addition to the Star Wars canon, but it ultimately fell short of my expectations. While it offers some compelling character moments and explores interesting themes, the uneven pacing and somewhat underdeveloped plotlines prevented me from fully immersing myself in the story.
I'd recommend it to dedicated Star Wars fans who are interested in exploring Ahsoka's character and the events that shaped her journey. However, I wouldn't necessarily call it a must-read."
""Ahsoka" by E.K. Johnston is, a companion novel to the rebel series giving background on Ahsoka Tano before she returns as Fulcrum and after she leaves the order.

I would give "Ahsoka" by E.K. Johnston a 3-star review because, I like how it fills in blanks about her history 2; I like how it stays true to the character of Ahsoka clearly the author researched while I enjoyed it the writing clearly shows how this is for younger readers."

"If you're looking for specifically Star Wars novels I could recommend a few. A New Dawn is a great book, it's a prequel to Star Wars: Rebels but it can be read as a stand-alone. Alphabet Squadron is pretty good (though I haven't finished it yet, I've heard good things). I know this particular author, E.K. Johnston, has written other similar novels but I haven't gotten around to reading those. If you like comics and graphic novels, the various series of Star Wars comics are a gold mine. "
