"Pretty much I see Kay O'Neill's name and I read it. Her books are always filled with such kindness and create worlds I would love to live in. This one has a bit more action than some of her quieter books, and also some humor. I love the the two girls going off and doing what they need to do for themselves, but then coming together (and marrying) in the end. I also love that it both recognizes that bad behaviors can form from trauma, but that it doesn't excuse you hurting others."
"Honestly this was adorable. If you ever have like ten minutes to spare and you have this book lying around, it’s perfect."
