"Selected this book based on the author. He's written some of my favorite books.

The behavior of many powerful men (calling out race really doesn't matter) is despicable, as are the behaviors of those attempting to prey on it through any means possible.

Was difficult to get through the first third of the book, but it got better.

Feels like several walked away without even a flesh wound.

Perhaps more transparency and accountability will prevent these activities from occurring in the future. At the same time, there needs to be better methods for making accusations of improper behavior without public disclosure until vetted/confirmed. Once confirmed, take the gloves off and hold to account."
