"This book was such a cute read! As a woman in science, I can attest to all the science mentioned being amazing and accurate. The description of science academia was also on point and I really appreciate how well the author encapsulated all of that. I love how well the author respected the female main character as well. So often women who wear glasses are seen as beautiful once they finally remove their glasses, but this woman was written as being beautiful with her glasses. It’s difficult to put into words, the meaningfulness of having such a well, rounded, intelligent, loyal, passionate, female main character. The plot of the book was creative and well done a really adored the characters and their journey together. They had excellent chemistry and I enjoyed the way the author captured all the small moments that are so meaningful in relationships. I wasn’t thrilled about the third act break up, but it ended up being handled quite maturely. Overall, this is a really sweet read with an excellent friend group great chemistry and I can’t wait to read more in this series. 4⭐️, 2.5🌶"
