William Shakespeare
The historical tragedy Richard the Third by Shakespeare is devoted to the yearn for power – power that makes a person take insane risk and commit horrible crimes, but in the end turns him into a helpless toy of rigorous fate. Although it’s been historically proved that in fact everything was far otherwise, immortal fantasies still stay more convincing than historical truth.

"3.5 stars - this is my favorite Shakespeare play so far. I loved the drama that Richard III created and even though he was horribly misguided and a terrible person, he kept me interested. I wish more of the characters had caught on to Richard’s schemes because they seemed pretty obvious to me. The ghost scene is as also amazing and was rewarding as a reader."

"If you ever read Hamlet and thought ‘Man I wish this guy would take some action’ then this is the play for you. 10/10 Shakespeare. "
