"Pros:<br/><br/>I thoroughly enjoyed the classic quest elements in this novel wrapped around a romance. Having a bit of magic, a bit of sadness and a lot of fun turned this into what will be a modern classic and a must re-read.<br/><br/>This book reminded me of past favorites like the Key Trilogy by Nora Roberts because it takes a normal person who has interest in magic but doesn’t believe it is real and throws them into the middle of their own fairytale.<br/><br/>Cons:<br/><br/>Part of me wanted to see more of the village and the every day life of running a castle but I get the impression that those elements are coming in future books."
