"I enjoyed this book. It was weird but I love weird. LOL
If I had one complaint, I would say that I wish that we had more of the past of the grand'mere and that some of the characters were just a little more flushed out, especially the mother and Rhys.
Overall, though, I did like it a lot and I would read more from this author."
"I was incredibly confused for most of this book, the story was really weird and it did not make a lot of sense but I kept going mainly because I didn't have anything else to read while I was at work and I'm not really happy that I finished this but the last 10 percent or so of this book was decent enough but not good... I never would have finished this if I had another choice to read.

I know some people love this book but I'm just wondering, why?"
"The Addams Family+Sleepy Hollow+Eldritch Horror Kirby= this book. 3/5⭐️. The story was ok but it felt like it was lacking something and the MC kept getting so close to solving the big mystery before she’d just forget and come to the same conclusions again and again. Kind of annoying. "
"2.5/5 I technically should rate this book a 2, but I was interested to see where the book went from start to finish, so that’s something? Was I enthralled the whole time? Not at all. The majority of the time I was like “WTF am I reading?” While the writing style is on the gothic / horror side and beautifully told in that regard, it does little to move the plot forward.
Honestly, I don’t think the readers are ever really told what is really going on in the book? I kept reading for answers and never got them.
I started reading for a werewolf coming out story, but got…this book?"
"Imagine a book taking such a strong hold on you that you end up dreaming about it. That's exactly what happened to me tonight.
This story felt like waltzing inside a museum and then being beaten up with its beautiful paintings.

All in all, wonderful experience, definitely another favourite of the year."
