"Madison Rivera really gets more than she bargained for when taking an internship under Judge Conroy. Decades of corruption and deception are uncovered and unlikely friendships are formed. I particularly liked how this story kept me guessing until the very end. Fans of thrillers will love this one. I would rate it 4/5. "

"I’ll be honest, I struggled getting into this one and skipped around a bit, but once I got within the middle chapter, I got attached. I had to see the ending through and the ending didn’t disappoint. So, I’m giving this one 3 stars mainly bc I struggled with it but still enjoyed moments of it overall. "
