"This book ... Ugh this book! Slow to start but necessary for character development. Felt like waiting in line for a rollercoaster or climbing up to a big slide and once you go down the ride is filled with a comfortable adrenaline. Like it was black and white in the buildup and all of a sudden, COLOR. Beautiful colors everywhere and they're that much more vibrant bc you know the backstory. You're in the world and you know all of the characters personally with love and hate for these "people" who inhabit your life until the end. Literally, I had the hardest time getting thru the beginning but omg, game changer for this type of story. No, journey. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
"I loved reading every moment of this book! The story line and the characters were so well written. This book demonstrates the beauty of first love’s, heartbreak, love that comes softly. I admire Nina and how she stays true to herself despite what others say; whereas Valerie allowed herself to be molded into someone she didn’t want to be which caused her to become a bitter and sad person. Overall, I loved the slow and closed door romance between Hector and Nina; and would recommend this book.

"This was quite charming. The story feels a bit redundant for about 70 pages but gets more intriguing after that. Certain bits of prose fell flat but then the author would make up for it in the next paragraph. I think my own preference would have been for more complex characterization to offset the repetitive story beats and setting but it is a perfectly adequate love story in 300 pages or less wrapped up in delicious secrets and the woes of high society etiquette."
"This one was just fantastic!! I love books like this that are full of characters that you can really identify with on some level from your personal life. I just started “Girl in the Walls” by A. J. Gnuse last night. I haven’t gotten very far but already, I’m intrigued and wondering.🤔"
"We’ll written and crafted story about young lust vs. mature love. It lacked a little passion at peak times, but the characters stay true to themselves with believable growth. "

"A cute romance. It reminded me of Wuthering Heights. The telekinesis is amped up more than it should be in the summary. The story could have been told without it"
