"There’s never a boring chapter, there’s little to no filler that you can’t look back on later and understand as setting something up. The action scenes made me antsy as they were so vividly written. It also keeps itself light even with the threat of death looming. Some of the humor is more dated but it’s easily understood. It’s a solid 4/5 only because some things became a little repetitive but otherwise if you’re looking for a good lgbt ya vampire novel, I recommend reading this."
