"Written by the highly successful NY restaraunter Danny Meyer. I read this after Unreasonable Hospitality, which was written by one of Danny’s mentees. This book is much more a business memoir than it is a leadership book and mostly applies to restaurants. I still enjoyed it and you can see how his attention to detail has made him so successful."
