"I read the blurb of this book at a comicon convention and I immediately bought the book right then and there. What I didn’t realize was that it was a series and that I had committed to a trilogy😭 When I read it, it was a little different than what I was expecting (in terms of the main character). The world building isn’t bad at all and I really enjoyed the POV’s of the FL and ML. The only thing I’m really struggling to determine whether I like or not is the MC herself. She has these really cool powers that definitely have room to be explored in the 2nd and 3rd books, but I’m not sure I’m a fan of her personality. I can appreciate someone who’s sensitive and empathetic (which she is), but I wish she had a little more back-bone in terms of how everyone—other than her sisters and the ML—treat her. Maybe she begins to grow into herself in the rest of the series? All I can say is that there’s definitely room for character development. I’m curious to see what the rest of this series brings!"
"Couldn’t finish- lost interest at the plot twist."

"The world building in this was so good. Loved the contrast between female leads world and that of male lead. The characters were well put together and the plot had me up until early morning. I usually hate when the main couple have to jump through so many hoops just to be together but this book was so well written i honestly didnt mind. "
