"These septuagenarians look like mild-mannered white hairs. But they are devious and crafty, even if they are (mostly) pleasant and gracious while they are up to their shenanigans. And they have time on their hands. And they like to solve crimes. This case is delivered to their retirement community. The second in the series, this is another great murder mystery for the Thursday Murder Club!"
"Better than the first! The characters felt like coming back to old friends. There wasn't an overabundance of mysteries like the first. It stayed fairly contained and focused which I enjoyed more. I laughed more in this 2nd installment and the action, mystery and character growth was phenomenal.
Can't wait for book 3 now!
