"It’s no surprise, both of these books together are a knock-out. They’re fun, witty, entertaining and boy the major drama. I definitely think Caroline was Stefan’s rebound. If at one point in the show, I felt he actually liked/loved her, well the book clearly shows it’s the other way around. Like the show, Caroline is infatuated as much or more, with Stefan, as Elena is. Somehow Damon always wins, lol."
