"This book mostly covers different breathing techniques, as well as affirmations to say as you breathe in and out. But my favorite part was, the notion of saying g hi and bye to thoughts. Feeling for a moment without allowing it to stay and overwhelm you, whether good or bad (thoughts)."
"Very interesting and a better understanding of life in general."
