"I found this book very intriguing. Despite the characters doing their thing, I was rooting for them. I was able to figure out a twist pretty early on, but it didn’t take away from enjoying how everything played out. The story was well written, and each chapter ended in a way that made it hard to put the book down. "
"This was a very entertaining and wild ride. Just within the first few chapters I was hooked. And so many twist and turns at one point I was blaming the kids for stuff. Come on all kids look suspicious.

I thought David Pittu had a nice narrating voice but every woman other than the wife sounded stuck up and bitchy. It wasn't very flattering. The couples relationship was eerie and strange like they understood one another completely. Kind of like a modern day Bonnie and Clyde. Also interesting fact: the husband's name???

The kill scenes and most of the details were excluded which was disappointing. I didn't really think too much about it while reading but the husband was never involved in much of the decision making for anything. Just floated around like an idiot. So I found myself yelling at him and pulling at my hair in frustration.

I had so many theories for this. And while a few of the came true still I was shocked. The wife had a sinister feel which made the story. Without knowing everyone respected and followed her orders. The ending was well done but maybe came together a little too easy."
